- Definitions:
- "Company" refers to Speed Plus Cargo and Logistics.
- "Quotation" or "Estimate" refers to the non-binding contract between the Company and the Customer based on mutually agreed terms and conditions.
- "Customer" means the person contracting with the Company to provide the Services, regardless of whether they own the Goods or Fixtures.
- "Goods" refers to the items to be relocated, excluding items such as coins, cash, bank notes, cheques, money orders, postal orders, securities, manuscripts, documents, jewellery, perishable goods, hazardous materials, and other similar items.
- Handyman Services: The Company is not responsible for dismantling or reassembling particle board furniture, special furniture, or air conditioners. Customers are advised to arrange Handyman Services for such items prior to the move.
- Vehicle Shifting:
- Relevant documents must be provided in the name of the transferee or an approved alternate name.
- Cars should have approximately 10-15 liters of fuel for driving on and off loading and unloading points.
- Two-wheelers should have empty fuel tanks to prevent spillage or leakage during transit.
- Operating Hours: Our regular operating hours are 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. from Monday to Saturday, and 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, excluding public holidays. However, with prior booking, we provide 24-hour services in Mumbai.
- Quotation Validity: Any quotation or estimate is valid for 15 days from the date of submission and will be deemed withdrawn thereafter.
- Quotation Acceptance: Once accepted, the quotation is binding, and the Company reserves the right to decide how the Services are provided. Any changes require mutual agreement and may incur additional charges.
- Contract Termination: If the Customer terminates the contract, the confirmation deposit or advance will not be refunded.
- Premises Access: The Customer must ensure adequate access to all relevant premises for performing the Services. If access is restricted, additional charges may apply, or the Customer may arrange alternative access.

Items packed by the owner, jewelry, cash, deeds, travelers' cheques, plants, gas cylinders, alcoholic beverages, contraband, or restricted items are not covered.
- Internal Damages: Internal damages are not covered unless there are signs of external physical damage noted on the packing inventory at delivery. Electrical or mechanical malfunctioning coverage, excluding automobiles, is available with additional premium.
- Inspection of Damages: The Company must be given a reasonable opportunity to inspect any damages. Claims must be lodged in writing and will be handled by a third-party insurance agent, not the Company.
- Claims Against Company Agents: The Customer agrees not to make any claims against Company employees or agents regarding the Services and to indemnify the Company against any such claims.
- Payment Terms: Payment must be made before packing or dispatch via cheque or credit card (with applicable fees). Delivery may be withheld until full payment is received if the payment is not cleared before delivery.
- Indian Contract Act: Services are provided under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Multiple pickups and deliveries are not included unless specified. Transit risks should be covered by insurance; otherwise, goods are considered self-insured by the Customer.
